Shopping With Us
Here at Vicstar Designs, we have a certain pride that stands behind the products, prints and service we provide. And whilst we will always strive to uphold our standards with every order, please understand that there are certain circumstances beyond our control in which we cannot be held responsible for. These are:
- Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
- Inferior quality or low-resolution of customer supplied images.
- Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process.
- Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size.
- Delivery/Shipping times
All purchases are made-to-order, so please examine your designs, product choices and size breakdown carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order.
Making an Order
Placing an order is easy on our online store. Simply locate your product for purchase, choose the size where applicable and click on ‘Add to Cart’. Do this for any other products you may wish to purchase. Once you have placed chosen items in your cart, follow the steps of our secure checkout process. Payment is made in Australian Dollars (AUD). Orders will not be made until your purchase is paid in full.
Special Size Requests
If you do happen to see a product which doesn't have your appropriate size, you can email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and where possible, we'll be only too happy to accommodate your request.
Please place your order carefully; we even suggest going back over your order to check the size and colour selections, as once your order is paid and confirmed.
For the orders that have been processed ready for shipment the order cannot be cancelled, however if the order hasn’t been processed ready for shipping you should contact us immediately to see if we can accommodate the change or cancellation.
If after ordering you realise you have made a mistake, please contact us IMMEDIATELY to see if we can correct the error for you. If you wait too long, your order may have already been through production and you will not be eligible for a refund or an amendment.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Due to our products being personalised we are unable to issue returns or exchanges. If your product is damaged at the fault of Vicstar Designs then a refund or credit note will be provided. We require the faulty item to be returned to us before any refund or credit can be issued. Returned freight cost are at the buyers expense.
We ship worldwide. We also offer free local collection from our Langwarrin, VIC site.
Production times can vary depending on the size and complexity of the order. Currently there is a 2 week production time. For larger orders this might take longer than 2 weeks due to stock levels and creation times. However we try our hardest to have your item to you as quick as possible.
Please contact us if the order is needed urgently or you have any questions on how long the order will take to process and be delivered. Express delivery does not mean your order will be made overnight. It simply means that it will be shipped with the quickest postage delivery possible once item/s are ready to be shipped.

We take great care in the packaging of our products to ensure they arrive to you in top condition. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot accept any responsibility for loss or transit damage to your package. We also cannot be held responsible for postage delays that may occur once your product has been sent by us.
